Why COMPASS?

I started my career at a local real estate company in the mid 2000s right as technology was entering into the real estate world. At that time, we were still using carbon copy purchase and sale agreements and faxing offers back and forth. There was no such thing as “electronic signatures'“ or integrated search engines and we ran around all times of the day putting deals together. Websites was only beginning and smart phones were birthed then. As a tech junkie and an early adapter, I was always able to find ways to keep our clients at the forefront but it became increasingly harder and harder. Technology suddenly became integrated into our daily lives and information needed to be instantaneous. I was no longer able to keep us at the forefront and needed a brokerage that had the same vision. After having been a part of a local real estate company for almost 15 years, it was time to band together with a tech and people centric company. In comes, Compass, a company that see’s both as equally important. Our mission is to help everyone find their place in the world using the best tools to make the real estate transaction as seamless as possible.
