“Hey, it’s me Lis”

I can hardly believe I’ve been selling real estate for almost 20 years. How am I even that old? Well, I am. :)

Real estate has always been a part of me. When I was a child, my Dad would drive us around looking at houses and neighborhoods hoping that one day they would own their own home. Being the first of my family born in the United States I always felt an urge to succeed. Success always meant “home ownership”. My parents worked incredibly hard as immigrants and made the American Dream a reality. They bought their first house in Seattle’s Beacon Hill neighborhood and later moved to Renton. Years later, they bought an investment property which I started managing at a young age. After traveling and moving abroad I started my studies at the University of Washington where I graduated with a degree in Political Science. The logical next step was to attend law school but during that gap year, I got into real estate and never left. Since then, I’ve too built my own real estate investment portfolio, executed house flips, and represented thousands of Buyers and Sellers. It warms my heart to see other’s fulfill their homeownership goals (big and small) and I feel honored to get to go to bat for them. I see each transaction as if I’m buying or selling, so know I’m on your side.

I work hard so I can play hard. I enjoy time with my two kids, Lulah & Landon. During school breaks, you can usually find us jetting off on a traveling adventure around the globe. Don’t worry, thanks to the internets and Jamie, I can work anywhere.

“What do you need?” asks Jamie

Jamie and I connected when she moved to the Seattle area in 2008 from the Bay Area. She was in town for a quick house hunting trip as she was getting married to one of my childhood friends that coming summer. It was during that weekend that I knew right away that Jamie and I would work incredibly well together. She was timely, organized, and was a true team player. Buying a home is inadvertently a stressful and exciting process and she took it like a champ. Once the Fairwood home purchase closed, I said to Jamie, “If you ever need a job, come find me”. Several years later in 2014 they wanted to make a move to the Renton Highlands. We came up with a plan, rolled up our sleeves and got the house ready for sale. Once it was pending we got a home in the Renton Highlands under contract, whew, what a whirl wind. We had to move fast and once again, she took it like a champ. After both of those transactions closed, we decided it was time to talk seriously about working together.

Jamie is my trusted friend, advisor, and a true extension of me. Having worked with me sideXside for 10 years as an assistant and a past client, she knows exactly what is needed to help our Sellers and Buyers. As a licensed real estate agent, Jamie currently works as my right hand, she truly can do it all.
